    As Black Americans who own little to none of our culture we must start with patents and trademarks for our culture. If Cash Money trademarked Bling Bling that generational weal would have stopped Lil Wayne from selling his masters. Everyone owns our culture but us.

Patent and Trademark Black Culture. Why has no black American man or woman trademarked Break Dancing, B Boy Stance, Wearing Jewlery with sweat suits, The Jesus Piece in Hip Hop?


We do not own Hip Hop because we were not educated to own anything in our culture. Black American culture and ownership have to go hand and hand in 2024. Protect your Intellectual Ownership and pass down generational wealth.

Why did we not patent the DJ with 2 turntables? Why did we Flava Flav not patent the Clock around the rappers neck or Trademark"Yeah Boyyyy as a phrase? Who has the Rights to "Rap Battles"? We allow everyone to get ownership but us.
